The Musical Extravaganza to Restore Red Hook!

The Bell House
149 7th Street
Brooklyn, NY 11215

Join Rosanne and a host of fabulous bands for a night of great music, a square dance and to support a very needy cause.

The Jalopy Theatre and Friends Present: A Benefit to Restore Red Hook, by local people for local people. The evening kicks off with a square dance, hosted by NYC Barn Dance. Rosanne will headline the evening, and Jesse Lenat, John Pinamonti and the Brotherhood of the Whiskey Spitter Rebellion will play. Michael Buscemi will screen his new film on the bus that runs through Red Hook, called "B61."

This show will benefit Restore Red Hook. Restore Red Hook aims to raise funds to help the small businesses of Red Hook, Brooklyn reopen their doors as soon as possible after the devastation of Hurricane Sandy. From the restaurants, bars, and vintage shops to the corner bodegas, these businesses define and serve our community. We need help from inside and outside Red Hook to help rebuild our neighborhood for business owners, residents, employees and everyone else who loves our little seaside town. Getting through this time is going to require a great deal of outside assistance. The damage to many of the businesses is severe, and few business owners have hope that fiscal help is on the way (FEMA primarily helps homeowners, and flood insurance is virtually unavailable in this neighborhood). The fiscal sponsor is the Fund for the City of New York, a longstanding New York institution.
